Detox tincture with milk thistle

I like to detox every 1-2 months. Usually I take milk thistle tablets but I came across this tincture from Doctor Maple and I really liked the idea of adding it to my cuppa. It's alcohol free so great for the liver (unlike A.Vogel's one which contains alcohol).
