Directions
Internally: Spray 2-3 pumps into the mouth or on the back of the throat up to 3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended serving size. Externally: Spray 2-3 pumps on affected skin areas as needed.

I hate propolis but it does wonders for my sore throat so I can't complain, a few sprays of this 1-2 times a day make the scratchiness go away. It's a pretty small bottle however, which is why I'm giving this only 4 stars.

Easy to use & does what it's supposed to. My 5yo doesn't like the taste of it but it's such a great product that I can't complain. We use it on his knee scratches also and it does wonders !
